Poor App

Unfortunately its not a friendly App Neither Communication..! Few days ago I sent an email notifying that the app is crushed however I didnt get any respond..! Today I send to reset my password and I received immediate email to reset but it takes me to a page were I have to download the Boutiqaat app although it exist..! Finally I create a new user with new email to enable me continue shopping..! Moreover just finish shopping and suddenly the basket empty and when I go to the history its there although I havent press checkout..!
